My concerns:

--Way too much stock out.

--Casavant's "undistinguished" history in Canada. The miners posting on this board will attest that he has a bad reputation. This is borne out by the sorry story of Petro Plus and its successor companies. Read the old PP PRs. They'll sound familiar.

--All the drag racing hoopla. Amusing up to a point, but you know who's paying for it. And I begin to wonder when the Casavant brothers find time to do any "real" business.

--The absence of any real results. So they drilled the Carolyn Pipe, which had been drilled twice before. They found two microscopic diamonds; not exactly indicative of good prospects for economically feasible mining. Far as we know, they've done nothing since.

--The dreadfully embarrassing mess about the revolving TAs. That was as bad as it gets.

--The equally embarrassing mess that resulted from the "diamondiferous" press release. Think the Canadian JV partners are happy with Urbie?

--The recent flurry of PRs that give an incomplete view of what Urbie, Williams, and Dhonau intend to do with their various companies and subsidiaries. All this has been characterized by some posters here as the formation of some sort of "conglomerate" of powerful companies. Actually it all has to do with UCAD and CMKX. In my view, responsible principals would have put together a plan and presented it when it was finalized.

On the plus side there's only one thing: CMKX has hired a competent attorney. He evidently intends to make the company reporting once again. Unfortunately that's unlikely to happen for months.
