Why would a German be posting on an English/American board?
What bank in Germany or that part of Europe would have any interest in purchasing large shares of WAMU stock? Are we being considered by a global enterprise such as RBS? If you use a negative to combat a positive and 25% of the people who read the negatives start to believe them (sell their shares) then you basically buy that 25% of the float and then all you have to do is pay off the other 75% when you purchase the holding company. Is GS using a foreign bank/entity to acquire enough capital (i.e. cash/assets) to purchase the holding company or is someone using a foreign basher such as (petrit) to pick up shares from scared investors to gain market share and decision making ability for WMI. If we can figure out what his motive is, we can counter-act it !!
