The last thing Urban intends to do is give the company away the FALC has been his dream for many many years. OK I'll chill then wanting to help the company and being able to as shareholder are two different things I guess.

Just let me state my point clearly I think that drill should be turning that is my opinion and I welcome any bullet proof answer as to why I might be wrong at this time. I want the company to be wildly successful therefore I do not enjoy finding fault with it whether I'm right or wrong I'm actually here to cheer it on.

If the short squeeze requires an evaluation of intrinsic value for an arrival at a required cash settlement. Then if the drill had been turning it could easily have upped that intrinsic value quite substantially. Remember Urban himself was quoted as saying the decision appears in our favour. OK I'll get down off my soap box got better things to do than debate something I have no control over LOL!!!
