Hello, Analyst,

I readed the last 10q as you and i don't know where you find 9 billion shares convertible... LOL ,0)

It also depend about the PPS at the due date of convertible notes.

They have 100 million AUTHORIZED shares and it will not change or they have the obligation to send a SEC filling.


There's 15 million shares issues in august 2008 , it mean that the actual MAX float is around 85 mil shares .
