I am new here, and very interested in this company with great potentional.

BUT is it correct that there will be
9 BILLION shares because of the DEBT conversion ?
I read the 10Q file ( 14th oct 2008 ) and they are saying something like that, and that they have not enough shares to do that.

Please can some inform me ?!
