Not Quite Gump

I have heard that from Melvin before also about a cooperative govt. attitude but frankly he wasn't very clear on any "other" reasons. But he did mention that wasn't the only obstacle at present he would not clearly elaborate.

I was just relieved to get a yes or no and he called unexpectedly when I was in the midst of other matters. Good eagle eye there gump! Care to speculate on any other entanglements? I'm guessing here but probably something to do with who gets what from all the mergers paper shuffling etc. etc. apart from that I am at a loss to know what might otherwise be holding things up?

Anyway the chips fall. There is no better substitute than YOUR OWN DD
