Even REVOKED companies can remain public, as long as there is no BK and shareholders are holding shares it is then a revoked public company.
No they can't. CMKX has been a private company since the day its revocation was "finalized". Same for all revoked stocks: their tickers are removed from the Nasdaq's roster, and they're gone forever.
