Hey Janice lets get this cleared up. Please tell us how in the world any company will end as you say, "a private company" if they get the registration deleted. Even REVOKED companies can remain public, as long as there is no BK and shareholders are holding shares it is then a revoked public company.
What you are saying here is totally WRONG!!

Oh yes, it matters. What this means is that the ticker will entirely disappear. That's what happened to other "security deletions" I checked. So FPRT will become a private company, like Hurasu.
