Contact the SEC...I am sure they will answer where they are in their proceedings?
On a side note: I do not think the ECFL/MNTY leaders are the least bit worried...the shareholders are doing exactly what they expected most pinksheet shareholders would do in a situation like this...absolutely nothing. If ECFL/MNTY gets away with any wrongdoings it is not because their is no law in place to protect investors from such unsavory practices it is because the investors let it be swept under the rug. All pinksheet traders and even issuers should demand better regulations, enforcement, and accountability to deter such acts of bad faith.
