I really doubt that UCAD gave CMKX the $3 million. For one thing, CMKX gave $500,000 of it back through the Juina deal. I don't think money ever changes hands.

Remember the $3 million plus contract CMKX supposedly had with Durama for exploration? That never happened, but CMKX never released a retraction.
