PHAT....I'm not exactly sure...BUT.....
When we are at .0004, the buys are fast and furious with JEFF at the ask. The volume seems to be MUCH MUCH higher at the lower level than here. It may be that retail investors prefer the .0004 over the .0005, but to me that does not explain the huge discrepancy between the two levels. To me, as I indicated before, I've been left with two options at this stage....either massive shorting or massive dilution. Only two choices I saw.
HOWEVER, let me proffer a NEW THEORY here as to the trading pattern:
I think there was previously a very large short position when there was no bid and the ASK was at .0001. I now believe that at the time, while CMKX may have been retiring shares at that point, I now believe that it was Urbie and close family that was acquiring all those shares at .0001. REMEMBER, THE SHORT POSITION WAS ALREADY ESTABLISHED AT THIS LEVEL.
Now we traded higher.....and we secure counsel. I believe Urbie explained everything to Roger Glenn and the obvious short position. My guess, and its entirely a guess, is that Urbie wanted to continue to lower the O/S while keeping the short position in a frying pan.
HERE'S THE NEW THEORY: I don't think JEFF could be that stupid and continue to increase the short position. The MM's are well aware that this is a viable company, not like many of the other pinks. I now think that Urbie is selling his individual shares to CMKX the corporation. This is a WIN WIN situation for both parties. Yes, Urbie could make more by riding his shares out, but he wants to look out for the rest of us. Therefore, he is selling his shares to CMKX through JEFF. Yes, other lucky buyers and other short MM's can buy at those levels too (now a WIN WIN WIN situation for everyone), but CMKX speeds up their retirement plan at these predetermined levels.
When JEFF leaves the ask at .0004, all bets are off. It appears that they want to have it trade "normally" for awhile and all bets are off. But at the .0003/.0004 level, the "insiders" know the game.
