IMO there is a difference between diluting and paying for things with stock. If CXAC is paying for the commericals with stock, then the commerical company dumps that stock as soon as they get it, then that is not diluting. If CXAC is just selling stock to raise some money, then that is diluting.

JMO but I think they paid people with stock for awhile and we just saw alot of it hit the market.
