It doesn't surprise me that T-Mobile claims they are not infringing and that our patent is no good. There is simply nothing else they can say. The surprise is the claim of our lack of standing for improper ownership interests in the patent. Daic and Williamson have had have had 5 Months or more and haven't been able to clean up the title??? That can only be described as intentional.

That about cinches the breach of our agreement by Daic. Daic has interfered with our bargained and paid dearly for right to enjoy the use of the patent FROM DAY ONE. Yet Pattin wants to give Drago nearly all of the shareholders assets. I say sue Drago/Williamson for tortuous interference and get rid of Pattin. You would be surprised how fast this crap would turn around.

We don't owe Drago, he owes us.
