Its official Tmobile has responded:
we now know that what it has been alleged that richard has
been telling people is untrue?
alleged, that tmobile wanted to settle, why then have they said
1.) there is no less than 11 instances of prior art
2.) that they are not infringing
3.) that there are issues of title
Interesting what drago will say when we try to unseat him, that
the patents no good any way... well why then will you fight w/
us over it?
the whole thing is just as i have said, if tmobile will not
settle then drago will do everything he can to make the patent
seem valuable, asking for more money greater percentage etc.
on the other hand if tmobile was to settle they drago would have
told everyone that the pattent was worthless imho
now williams kherkher is going crap, this lawsuit will cost
us alot of sweat equity, we will have to earn our money
and btw, the rumor is that richard told everyone that tmobile
lost their chance to file for a patent re-examination what
garbage, that is yet another lie if richard has been realy
telling everyone of that

my take is that 2 is bogus if 1 is bogus, 3 is going to be
funny if drago fights shareholders because he will be talking
out of both sides of his mouth and both proving and disproving
1 at the same time
so for all the morons that think that we will increase our odds
by eliminating item 3.) by not fighting drago are discounting
the fact that the harder drago fights the more his is betting
on the fact that easterby and the patent office will disprove
1.)
on the other hand if drago will not put up cash to fight
the shareholders then we will know that he thinks the patent
is worthless and the whole deal was never about the patent but
rather about a pump and dump
good timing for him though because now he's solidified what ive
been telling you all along, put up toxic waste signs everywhere
and no one will want to buy him out, tmobile just put up another
toxic waste sign up for drago
next order of business is to evaluate the 11 instances of prior
art, to wait for the satellite patent (which i beleive is a
proxy for the "923" patent), and or wait for the outcome of
a markman construction/ patent reexamination.

btw, is that the real reason why we will see some kind of
