it's still in the works...

begginning stages and ball is rolling anyways..

two land owners who have some land in 45 acre tract
that Paramount Development wants have not signed up to
sell...yet..one out of town, one a 86 year old woman who
can't make up her mind..

if they don't want to sell, that's fine too..
broker says we can make do without their land anyways..

just twiddling my thumbs right now..

it could be awhile...these malls and WMT's and stuff
take some time...all I know for now..
