Sam -- but, isn't that a bit of "chicken or egg" ??

??? Does not the improving stock market (even w/$$$ inflow)
also provide more home buyers/upgraders to "improve their position" there too ie. improved investment return = $$$$$ to improve/upgrade housing position ?? Hope that makes sen$e :)
