It's a legal sc@m covered by the "forward looking statement" part of their pr's. watson pulled the same thing with micro mammoth solutions. pumped it up saying he was going to acquire a defense contractor called advanced blast protection down in florida. stock traded at 4.50 and up until the sc@m unraveled. no merger, just lies. good luck. by the way, all of this is my humble opinion. dont invest or not invest based off of what i say.
