ss9173, regarding NEOM's lawyers not showing up for the pre-trial hearing; all I can say is it's NOT NEOM's fault. THE ATTORNEYS ARE TO BLAME as far as I can tell. They were hired by Neo Media to represent them, so it is the lawyers responsiblity to know when to show up for court. I definitely understand your frustration as I have been a LONG TIME shareholder of NEOM. I actually do not remember what year I first bought NEOM stock, but it was a few months after they had been delisted from Nasdaq (probably longer than anyone on this board).
