Now that we have that out of the way, your statement was that IDCC needs to get a court ordered rate. Nothing has transpired in the infringement and damages case filed in DE. Any findings by the ITC are not passed on to the DE court. So we will be starting from scratch in January 2010 seeking a scheduling order. I would urge you to review Nok, the GDP and GNP of Finland, the number of its employees in the USA, the amount of money it has spread around the halls in DC and finally review our new President's speeches over the last 2 days. We are staring 2014 in the eye for a final court ordered frand rate. Finally, I want you to review the statements of WM and why IDCC opted to seek an ITC investigation rather than just moving forward in the DE action. All of the Nok royalty will fall to the bottom line and be afforded the multiples the street allows unless we go for a court ordered rate and judgment which amount will be given little or no multiples at all. I think you will find that IDCC and WM are on the right track in extracting a rate and license as soon as possible rather than taking Nok to the mat over the next 4 years.
