I am not sure why everyone here is concerned about management's options. They really do not even deserve their pay checks. One bumbling failure after another. They are not victims here, they are well paid professionals with no sense of accountability.

Does anyone here think that Stoll and/or Varney care about the stockholders ? Look where we are trading? Remember the huge option grant made to Dr Tran? Priced after the FDA debacle?

Maybe Varney wants to go out on negative news so that it proves that it wasn't his management of the Co. that got us here. It was external- SA trial, the big bad FDA, the capital markets- I have seen this movie so many times that I could fall asleep.

Criminals. Stoll needed to pick up a board gig or two to augment his retirement. The shell game is up. Spin, string and bullshit!
