Just talked to Juan.F and he said:

Scott will most likely move everything to his home office, however with only three employees and all of them waitng to get paid a home office isn't a bad idea.

The major focus needs to be on cash to push the product, the office space and all the extras can come later.

Getting off the pinks will help us too. I'm still holding on, hoping this POS will turn around and wish all of us the best of luck.
