They merely state that they are retiring shares back to treasury you have to read between the lines not speak between the lines as someone else has already managed this evening. The company also plans to wrap of negotiations of buy out of some mining claims and announce details of transaction by the end of the month.

Also Dr. Pepper if you can take the PalTalk transcript from last night for gospel then Melvin specifically answers to one question yes we are CONTINUING to retire shares back to the treasury.
