Well I'm undecided if Melvie should be speaking on PalTalk if they are going to be a reporting company then Melvin will be well advised to cease PalTalk IMHO otherwise they will have the SEC breathing down their necks for irregularities concerning insider trading. As far as I know this does not pertain to the pinks but DOES APPLY to the OTCBB and higher.

Whenever there is a big price move and no news on higher exchanges a mandatory "watch" is put on a company if there is unusually spiking volume and no PR from the company. They will be looking for false statements and misleading or blatant pumps and misinformation. If the situation warrants the investigation gets deeper. Point is if Melvin was to mislead on PalTalk and it got scripted on a chatroom whether correct or incorrect heard properly or misinterpreted by that poster it would encourage the SEC to dig deeper in the investigation which is not a good thing. Even if the investigation was to find nothing the bad press associated will be very damaging to CMKX no question.
