Good to hear that you dont plan on selling. Though, there could be many reasons, such as the company could have been registered in a different jurisdiction, it could have been a LLC and changed to a Co, in September of 2008, etc. That is why I am not too concerned, coupled with the trust I have in Jorge (dont get me wrong, I have had my frustrations in the past).
I will wait for the finncials and see how they are, plus I need to do some DD on the CPA and make sure that he is in good standing with the board. Those will hold much more weight to me. But, I could be completely wrong. Heck, I worked for Andersen (not the Houston office) when ENRON went down and the were supposedly the most elite firm out there and ENRON was on the cutting edge one time.
I surely hope I am not wrong about CXAC. Though, I dont beleive I am.
