I think some people need to reread the LOI PR again. I know this has been pointed out before, but with all the excitement people seem to have forgotten.

"One company has taken particular interest in EESO and came to CEO Jared Hochstedler recently with an offer to purchase the company in its entirety."

Of course things can change, but until we hear otherwise, this still stands. IMO
