I think what folks are not calculating in their buyout calculations is how much cash will EESO make over the next year. Would love to get that number as part of the forecast. I have done forecast for major corps and we always did a top line and bottom line forecast. Otherwise we forecasted our profits. Now EESO can use the funds to reduce the OS which would provide support for the stock to move much higher. Merger or not this stock is going higher.
