Have you tried more than a 4 stock portfolio? I remember reading that a major reduction in risk can be up to 1/3 the original with 10 stocks and 1/10 with 100 stocks in a portfolio.


Though doing 10 stocks would be possible, you would need to invest a very large amount of money or perhaps 10 very low priced stocks. The amount of work would increase too but with a spreadsheet quite possible.

When choosing low priced stocks be very carful!
