I concur with you. This is the biggest reason I took some profits. However, I have been in these damn pennies and the filings never equate to the price. It is like smoke and mirrors all the time. Similar to what we witnessed on the NYSE and Nasdaq through 2004 to 2007. I was baffled at way too many way overpriced and overvalued stocks. They too kept going up for no ryhme or reason. Now we have the CDO fiasco. It is like it is all well orchestrated from afar. Glad I was short over the past couple of years. It seems like when the market is hot, when we least expect it , something comes along out of the obscure to cool it off. JMO

I was in MOBL quite few years ago. In @ .015 out @ .05 and it went all the way to .46 that same year. It had tons of debentures by Cornell too. When the debentures basically own the company, similar to what Vicis does now, I believe they will run it up to get their money out and then some. Similar to what is up with ODYC. JMO

I believe if they see real value in the ABTG and make deals, then there is a remote possibly they could do a roll back (RS) or retire a bunch of shares because they are majority owner. I would rather see them retire a bunch of shares. They do own I believe nearly 65% of the company now after the latest filing. Wow! That is a huge stake. They have over $20 million tied up into this puppy. They need to get it a lot higher than .10 just to break even. JMO
