"First of all i will say i have had many shareholders pm, email and call me about the cert. so Fri. i decided to go to the co (Entourage) and ask them exactly what was going on. I decided to bypass others and just go to the top and find out the truth. i realize there will be some unhappy people with CMKM when i put this out, but we have tried and tried to find news out, so now we know.Well there was no one in so i left my name and number and told them i was a Entourage shareholder and would they please call me and today well Paul Shatzco( probably not spelled right) but anyway i think he is the president of the company and i talked to him for a while and then asked him about the cert (4.5 mil) he said at first CMKM wanted $100 thousand for the cert and they said no so they agreed on $85 thousand for the cert and i said that was so hard to believe that wouldn't be more than $2.00 for each shareholder, he said Entourage would retire the cert. He said this is suppose to take pace within 30 days. I know this is not the news anyone wanted to hear but thats it."
