previously they said $5m annual rev's, before any acquisitions.

then they doubled ( almost ) base = $9M?

then two more acquisitions,, i figure equals $13M annual projected. and imo that is conservative, it could be $15M

without any PE's and with no dilution, thats a straight up .04

i could live with that. give me about a qtr mil on ten g's
( not toooooo shabby )
