Just exactly how many essential patents does Nokia state they need to collect 2 1/2% royalty rate?

How many essential patents, and other patents that is owned by IDCC that Nokia is not privy to for free do you think IDCC owns?

When you can with authority let us all know, and what you think those patents are worth.
