I just do not understand why someone wanted it so much to buy so big chunk at $0.5?

the company is not having any active business now. why the stock price is still relatively sustainable?

why do they want to do a forward split? is it something to do with that My Pleasure Limited bought 5,000,000 shares (control block)?

will this become a shell play? but i still do not understand why would be hehind
