Downunder I can only surmise
I could really use a dark DB right now this poker game just got more interesting but too early to show my cards. I was anticipating Urban to pull in his horns here and consolidate everything into a tight little company. Why Candle Lake I can only surmise why the dilution and what that means well someone knows but not I !
The current acreage just got pushed forward by more than a third but it appears there's a cap on earnings from Candle Lake of $62 million. This does not make sense to me why dilute for a limited return? Why pay for 60% of the company and only receive half of the net income? Again I can only surmise it's another company entering the fray through this new shell Nevada Minerals I really have no idea what to think too early.
Trouble is I am absolutely gasping for concrete information on share structure , drilling progress, signs that all is well, signs of that "to dah moon" rally cry we hear so often. Signs we are now moving ahead with drilling on all these anomalies. If I were a newbie and I just read the stock was diluting by 35 BILLION shares I would look twice and then stand back and ponder very carefully because the OS is not available and drilling well too darn quiet considering Urban said he would accelerate to one assay per week on average.
This PR pushes everything back from obscure to nonexistent in terms of normal decision factors an investor needs to decide whether to pull that trigger and buy. I don't know of another company that would dilute 35 BILLION shares and live to see another day. The only plausible conclusion is this has something to do with the short squeeze but to be honest I'm blessed if I know! Roger Glenn continues to mystify and we are getting no help from Urban on that front! LOL
I'm holding my shares tomorrow and a good many months after that barring anything unforseen, but I anticipate a sell off early tomorrow as nervous longs get roped in by the bashers having a field day yelling fire abandon ship and any other nonsense they can dream up.
This poker hand just got a LOT larger and complicated and but perfectly logical to me so did the stakes. I can only surmise. I KNOW FOR CERTAIN Jewels ...I could really use a case of DB right now make it two something tells me Urban is far from finished here! ;) GLTY! TTYL :)
