Let's just assume the company does 7 million in sales for the year . (over 2.5 MILL. yr. to date)I am not a financial analyst and my following assumptions may be way off course but if we assume 30% net income then the earnings per share would be 7,000,000 x .30 divided by 35,000,000shares equals .06 per share. If we use a p/e ratio of 15 ( not sure if that is even close ) then the stock should be worth .90 ( .90 divided by .06 equals 15)
I would gladly welcome constructive comments as my figures could be out to lunch
