Not only noise, but the window of time encompasses the entire span of the life of the stock, up to 12/08. So, for historical (hysterical ?? LOL) purposes, those charts paint a particular picture, but for ascertaining the current situation, I'd always use a more realistic time frame than Nov 2007 through Dec 2008. A tad wide for any precise concusions, IMHO. Look at the most recent data to decide if the high volume move testing a new low was evidence of illegality or just smart operators shaking the weak hands out of the stock so that they could pick up cheap shares.
