While it is captivating and interesting to run all these numbers and comparisons and values etc. I think we are truely on our way towards a MEGA-Fort la Corne Mining merger. It is a tangled web of companies right now and we all are starting to get bits and pieces of each one...in either direct or indirect ways.

I'd have to imagine the paperwork is unbelievable at Glenn's office right now...they probably have flowcharts and ownership diagrams that spread across the boardroom walls! I'm happy to hear Roger Glenn is going to visit the area with CMKX and UCAD plus others during the month of August. All this in preparation for becoming a fully reporting company....at which time I think the big bang merger will occur.

A merger has been talked about for quite awhile on the boards so I am not pointing out anything new. I am just posting this because some people think Urban is getting the better deal based on the latest PR...and CMKX shareholders are on the short end of the stick. I don't think that is true...we all need to just sit back...hold on...and see what happens. Hopefully more news will follow and we get another piece to the puzzle. I don't think we will really know what happens until the bomb actually drops.

Can only go bad if the gov gets paid off, and attack Casavant and this is a possibility. However, Casavant has once and for all demonstrated that he did not sell out the shareholders. There was no reverse split. Casavant is planning to become the Debeers of the west. Everything indicates he is here to build a stock and not a stock promotion that was implied by that Basher article about a month ago.
