To the real EBOF investors here!

I finally had the pleasure of speaking with Mr.Hepler. He is a VERY pleasant and straight forward shooting gentleman.

I ask him specifically about A/S he said it has NOT changed since last reported 2.5 billion! Company has NOT been selling shares! "THEY ARE LOOKING TO POSSIBLY BEGIN BUYING BACK SHARES AFTER NAME CHANGE!!!!" HUUUUUUUUGE!!!!!!

Next question i asked was about company shorterm outlook.

He stated it hasn't looked better! Bringing on DOUGLAS FAULKNER to our board....pause...you can say was the MISSING piece to the puzzle! His EXPERIENCE along with PERSONAL contacts are PRICELESS!!!!!! I agreed. Randy was VERY enthusiatic and excited when talking about Douglas and what he brings to Earth Biofuels with his 30+ yrs of knowledge and experience.

I mentioned that i had phoned in numerous times and left messages and never received a return call. He VERY emphatically apologized and said that the phones are ringing off the hook regarding company business! Mentioned at the present he has a desk full of paperwork to review.

I tried to dig a little deeper on deals in progress and when we should be getting a company update/NEWS. He knew where i was going and professionallly addressed my question.

We have been VERY VERY busy as of lately in regards to the changing of the guard and new ordinances that will be put into place with the NEW ADMINISTRATIONS energy bill! That's all i can say at the present time, i'm sure you understand. "KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN"!

He then went on to say that at one time EBOF was a $7 stock! Of course things were different, however we have learned a GREAT deal more since then and the TIMING could NOT be better for us.

I said i would love to see it there again, but come on i said EBOF is trading well below a penny> He responded we are ALL well aware of that and are working quickly to change that!

Be CONFIDENT that we are pushing ahead with OUR PLAN and that includes our LOYAL SHAREHOLDERS! That's why we decided NOT to implement as stated a R/S!

Randy asked if i had anymore questions and i said sure HOWEVER i'm sure you are NOT privy to answer them of course! He chuckled asked where i was from, i told him then we conversed a little while longer then i said i'll let him get back to work. He ended with Thanks for calling and call anytime it was a pleasure speaking with you. "Then he said keep your eyes open things are coming together FASTER THAN EXPECTED"!!! Don't know what exactly he meant but he chuckled again!

WOOOOOOOW i am tired now hope this helps the REAL EBOF INVESTORS here! I PERSONALLY feel better than ever after speaking with him. Goodnite all...By the way it was after 5:30 Texas time and he was still working. I like that!...Oh didn't asked anything about stimulus money felt it was NOT appropriate as this was my first conversation with him. He pretty much answered it when talking about New Administration!
