That is the scary part because under chapter 11, that is what happens 95% of the time. I think we will end up with so many assets the Judge will not be able to cancel the shares, even if she wanted to...at least that is the hope.

Keep in mind, that is why I said Bonderman is the best thing that could have happened as all of their shares are now common shares.
