Keep in mind Health South did not actually file chapter 11 although thank our lucky stars we have the same law firm with Weil.

Bankruptcy can be extremely good for us but it could also work against us due to fact almost anything is possible in chapter 11.

We are very fortunate with the Bonderman group as they are responsible for the China connection and the 7- 8 billion dollar investment which currently is all common shares and THAT is our BLESSING. Bonderman is also responsible for hiring all four of our elitist law firms.
