Diamond, I have to agree with a settlement of some sort Monday morning or within two weeks.

I say this since the illegal seizure took place last September, how the entire world media (print and electronic) have kept this quiet. I noticed this within two days of the seizure, it was so obvious.

Since all the "powers that be" have worked this hard to keep it all quiet the question becomes, "why would this not be settled" before the world skyline is lit up with this FC investigation?

It could possibly be a lump sum of money for the holding company, contributed by both JPM and the FDIC or a buyout for $12.00-$15.00 dollars a share with preferred equities assumed.
