Personally, I wouldn't know where to begin in estimating a reasonable settlement price, and only posted based on the noticeable "relationship" between the two prices ($330 million and $13 billion), and their corresponding seized assets.
I'll leave the REAL valuations for possible settlements to those with more experience and knowledge than I myself possess.
