Very nice post there jackson!

A $330 million settlement on $8 billion in assets leads one to wonder if the $13 billion figure in the WaMu lawsuit is right on. Considering WaMu's assets were roughly $300 billion at the time of seizure, the assets to settlement ratios would be nearly identical!

Let's hope that is a good sign!
