cetektwomillion... I couldn't have said it better!! The only thing that I would add is that he is the equivalent to a scientist, he has an ego, doesn't understand swing traders, workaholic, and is terrible at using PR's to communicate to shareholders. He does have long term vision, and does not react/behave to short term aberrations.
