Thanks bro. Yeah I don't usually do penny trading but I did some research on just general stuff on Wamu. I know they were a bank but I thought they were gone until I read today on yahoo they were suing. I don't know what suing does to a stock. I would expect it to just go up on speculation alone. And if they win, they win big.

I will keep my eyes on it. I think I read somewhere on here though about the FDIC not losing lawsuits but I don't know.

Seems like an interesting stock with potential.
