Is the total of 16.520 billion stated Dec 17th in addition to the previous amount of 23.660 billion shares. Do we have a total as of Dec 17th of 36.370 billion or a total of 20.120?

If the 16.520 on Dec 17th is to be added to the previous total then we have almost 40 billion shares retired. Interesting that the CIM shares are 40 billion to be distributed. Could Urban have retired 90% of all shares and we only have 10 billion outstanding?
