You know Zen ..
I did a deal once where I was bothered by undeclared short selling that hammered the bids. You cannot do this because of the uptick rule. When I started I tracked as many certs as I could on a daily basis. I encouraged all the big shareholders I knew personally to call for delivery and give me the Cert. #s. It took a while but our market got quite clean and the undeclared shorting mostly stopped. It is a very very effective tactic. Why leave certs in the crooked system that can be continually sold back at you ? I always say that about ANY investment that you intend to keep for say even a month .. call for delivery from your broker. If a lot of you big shareholders here will do that even now and call for the delivery of at least some of your position, the message will start to get out. I hope some of you will try it. What you will get is certs in your own name and you will automatically be registered by August 20. The brokers may vehemently object and this will confirm to you that they do not wish this to happen. And you actually will be starting the short squeeze.

Get serious .. It"s your money. "http://www3.telus.net/public/t0a1b2"
