I believe that they have to file close enough to the 23rd to be the 23rd.

If they do not file, it is my opinion that a settlement is in the works and likely already agreed upon.


The last thing the Government wants is a lawsuit in the tens, if not hundreds of billions of dollars range, which would literally bankrupt the FDIC right now.


The reality is that the FDIC doesn't have enough money to cover all of the deposits they are supposed to be able to cover, and they certainly don't have enough money to cover the deposits they are supposed to be able to cover and pay tens of billions of dollars out in a lawsuit.


We'll see how it plays out, but a settlement or a lawsuit is inevitable.

Anyone who thinks that there is no merit for a lawsuit truly is an idiot and a moron.
