The reversal of foreign policy.

Yeah, the reversal took place when the AMERICAN PEOPLE voted in Obama, in part because they favored diplomacy over unnecessary wars. And BTW, it is the US president who dictates US foreign policy. It is not Israel, Arab countries, or even Congress.
