I can see that possibility. Right now as with everything financial it is a matter of time and how much you can make off of someone else’s dime. What is 180 days of no interest on 4.? Billion at who knows how much interest they are making. Maybe they are using those funds to short the next victim into oblivion. You can be sure those funds are not sitting by idle, except for WMI, who should be the rightful beneficiary of the interest.WMI needs some serious damages out of any settlement.
