I suspect that we will see more assets transfered out of CMKX in the next news release. I have a feeling that GEMM could end up with a major portion of the Sask. claims before this is all over. Looks to me that Urban Casavant realizes that the share structure of CMKX is beyond repair without a share consolidation , which he has stated numerous times would not take place. So his only other alternative is to transfer the assets of CMKX into companies with more manageable share structures. It would be quite ironic if GEMM is next , since his past attempt to take over GEMM failed due to lack of funding to close the deal with the previous GEMM management. So the question that remains , is what do CMKX shareholders actually end up with when all is said and done ?
